We're here!!

We have finally arrived! Our first flight from Phoenix to Newark felt like it may be our last, although the stewardess and the paranoid man sitting next to Jeremy both said that turbulence can't just throw a plane out of the sky, I am just not ready to believe that. Other than that both flights we great, except I only slept barely 3.5-4 hours total.

We took a quick train ride from the airport to Oslo Central Station and from their a 2 minute, yet $20 cab ride to the hotel.

We are staying at the Best Western Bondeheimen, it was built in the early 1900's but was recently renovated. We are on the 6th floor and have a view of the main street that we are on, Rosencrantzgate. I'll post pictures later, it is super cute on the inside, it looks like freakin' Ikea, welcome to Scandinavia.

We did go for a nice walk around the city, had an authentic salmon baguette and now we are settling in for a much needed nap.

We have only been here a few hours and I am already in love, there are people everywhere, stylish kids, beautiful moms and dads pushing adorable little babies around in fabulous buggies, crazy cobblestone streets and statues and street performers! I told Jeremy it's like Disneyland, it's almost unreal.

It's nap time for now.
